1.1 Custom Design Requirements

Under our OEM eyelash terms of service, clients must provide:

• Vector design files

• Pantone color codes for band/lash fiber matching

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 50 pairs per style

1.2 Sample Approval Process

• 3 free revisions post-initial prototype (48hr turnaround)

• Final approval triggers custom eyelash manufacturing contract signing

2. Wholesale Lash Supplier Agreement

2.1 Pricing & Payment

• Deposit: 30% via T/T/SWIFT upon PO confirmation

• Balance: Due pre-shipment (FOB Qingdao/Guangzhou Incoterms)

• Price Lock: USD/EUR rates fixed for 30 days

2.2 Volume Discounts

• 2,000-5,000 pairs: 3% discount

• 5,000+ pairs: 5% discount + free logo engraving

3. Global Logistics & Compliance

3.1 Shipping Terms

• Air Freight: 2-7 days (DDP terms available)

• Sea Freight: 20-60 days (Best for bulk orders >10,000 pairs)

3.2 Regulatory Documentation

• Relevant documents will be provided according to the needs of different regions

4. Intellectual Property Protection

4.1 Design Ownership

• Complete IP rights transfer upon 100% payment

• NNN Agreements enforced with all subcontractors

4.2 Anti-Counterfeit Measures

• Blockchain timestamping for design files

• IP Protect monitoring & takedowns

5. Dispute Resolution

5.1 Quality Assurance

• Acceptable defect rate: 0.3%

• Refund/remake claims within 14 days of delivery
